MY PROJECTS
For this project, I worked with a team of other students to make a side scrolling platformer game. We iterated on this project multiple times and progressed from prototyping to final build. I introduced various mechanics and contributed to level design throughout the project. We utilized Unreal Engine 4, Perforce, and Jira/Confluence.
For this project I was given a set of assets and blueprints in Unreal Engine 5.1 and a creative vision for a game. From this I was required to design a level that introduced a new mechanic using the IPM pacing model. I was only allowed to use SuperGrid geometry and materials. I created a functioning level mechanic, the basic geometry of a level from start to end, and props to populate the empty space within my level.
